Tainan Walkers- Days 3,4,5,6….

As you can see from my title, I spent the rest of my Taiwan trip back in Tainan.

I wouldn’t say it was boring but it was pretty ordinary.

Taiwan has been like my hometown to me. I go there almost every year just to visit my grandmother and relatives.

Im so used to the food there and I know exactly where to go for nice chicken rice bento and stuff.

So, since I wasn’t being a tourist here, ==” Im going to just post up pictures of all sorts of food that I had!

Ahem, they are all my favorite foods ok~~~ I must have all of them during my trips to Taiwan hahaha.

“Ru Wei” we have to have this as our appetizer during every meal! Super love pig’s ears!

You can choose all the dishes yourself and they serve it for you like this.

Dry noodles! OMG BEST!

I dont know what this is called but they boiled the meat and you eat it with their homemade soya sauce.

Dumplings are my favorite!!! Especially those with green spring onion and meat!!!

Family =)

All the grandchildren with grandma! Sorry a, ignore my mum ==”

Sashimi!!! OMG japanese food in Taiwan is so cheap and fresh!

Omg I’m starving T________T

Two days before we left, we celebrated dad’s birthday!

My fav soda of all time!

Daddy’s birthday cake made by my aunt

Enjoying the yummy chicken rice!

This is how yummy chicken rice looks like! It was so damn good that I had two of it!!

Aunt brought us to this famous bean jelly in Anping!

Anping is a historical place in Tainan. If you want to buy any old toys, you can easily find them here in Anping.

I dont know why they called it “Bean Jelly”

It’s called toufu fa in Malaysia. They served it with pearls damn nice!

Us at the famous Anping street.

The tidbits..

The old shool game that all the kids played in hope of winning an ice cream

The puppets are pretty famous in Taiwan too. Long time ago when there was no TV they watched these as entertainment. Each puppet has their very own character and most of them are gods from the Chinese folklore. I wanted to buy one of these back but I was scared it might move at night when Im asleep. I was a bit bimbo and asked the salesperson will the puppet move at night if I buy them home. She of cox ignored me.

Old school pin ball table =)

The temple.

Spotted a very very cute self check in booth in Taipei International Airport!

ONE DAY I wanna travel to Japan with Eva Air!

Yup, it was time to head home! After more than a week of being out of the office and also out of Malaysia, I realized that actually Malaysia is not that bad after all. Most probably because Jo, my baby boy and my car is here ==” I feel insecure without Jo and my car.

That’s all about my short trip back to Taiwan! I dont mind going back for CNY again next year, this time I want to travel with JO and my lovely family!

hahaha
