We went on a ‘lil getaway for Jo’s birthday. This time it was a little different ’cause there was no flights, beaches or passports involved.
This ‘lil getaway was in KL! Yes, you read it right, it was in Kuala Lumpur!
My friend suggested this beautiful place to me just when I was about to book a room in Hilton, KL.
Villa Samadhi, the intimate urban retreat in the heart of Kuala Lumpur!
This post will be different from others because it only contains 2 pictures of my face in this post ==”
When we were checking in they took out a tray of perfumes and asked us to choose the scent that we preferred. They would then spray the scent in the room after making it up. Very very thoughtful of them ya!
O yea, there is no escalator in the villa so don’t bring a big ass luggage with you. I decided to go with their Luxe Crib instead (90% of the reason was because it was 20% off from the original price; much more worth it ==” Im cheap like tat)
2 sinks, olalalalalala (I love bathrooms that have 2 sinks)
The hot tub! (This will be in my “MUST HAVE” list when Im looking for a house in the future)
The balcony (It’s in my must have list too)
The view from the balcony. The swimming pool that I didn’t get to swim in =(
Next time, I will stay in that room! That one which has a private ladder to the pool, hahaha
Just to show u how tall the bed was.
Top- Platinum mall, Bkk Pants- Topshop
For dinner, we decided to have Ben’s in KLCC. Something simple and not too pricy ya.
Jo had a burger and a milk shake!
When I got back to the room, it smells exactly like the scent that I chose earlier and the hot tub looked like this… I turned to Jo and said, “I dont care, I want my future bathroom to look exactly like this one!” A very eco friendly and natural design. Then he replied:” Of cox, I love it too! I will try.” I dont care whether it will come true or not but his reply melted my heart. *sings, I think Im gonna marry you* =D
As usual, I always receive my birthday present from Jo in advance! I’ve always wanted to own a pair of ballerina flats from Fench Sole ever since I saw them in a magazine.
A closer view =) O yea, if you love them too, they are now opened in KLCC!
The next morning we had breakfast by the pool *I was in paradise*
My camera case kinda ruined my pic!!! My “big” breakfast!
Jo’s breakfast, egg’s benedict.
Then I went off to work and Jo headed home to teman baby boy. It was indeed a lovely stay, and there needs to be more villas in KL!
It was supposed to be a surprise ’cause I planned this 2 weeks in advance and I kept quiet until….
Me: Errr, do you know where is U Thant in KL ?
Jo: Y?
Me: No la just asking. By the way, I will pick you up la and I will drive!
Jo: U sure?
Me: Errr wait, I show u this villa damn nice one, maybe we can go there one day.
*Showed to him*
Jo: Im pretty sure we’re going there on my birthday.
Me: NO! We are going hilton ma *look at the sky*
Jo: ……..
Whatever la ok, I suck in keeping secrets or even planning surprises!!
I really hope that you had a great time too (You better a! Dont waste my money! Not cheap ok ==”)
Well, that was how we celebrated Jo’s birthday.
As for mine, I’ve been celebrating my birthday since last week ==” My birthday celebrations usually lasts at least 2 weeks.
Last but not least…
A pic of me wearing my current addiction, lower false lashes =D
