Ola, since I’ve been feeling really good and productive this week, I’ve decided I shall blog more! Hahaha I’m so proud of myself because this will be my 3rd post for the week!!
A few of you have been asking me to share my workout routine so I figured since I have tried it and it works, Y not share it with everyone! Yes, I’m very generous and thank you.

I cant remember when did I start working out, and when I came back to Malaysia for good, I had no idea how I should get myself in shape.
People who know me well should know that I, BOBO is always on a diet mood. I remember one of my frens said that “Bobo is forever on diet one.” Well thats so true hahaha.
I used to think that cutting down on eating carbs, snacks and fast food will help me lose weight… Well it did but it wont tone my body so I still look a but flabby. If you’re curious about my diet you can read it here!
Then… when I was working in Mindshare I decided to join the gym near my office. I go to the gym once or twice a week after work. I can slowly see the difference, my body became more toned and I can finally see my waist ==” hahaha That’s when I realized working out really helps a lot…
After quitting Mindshare, I stopped going to the gym because it’s way too far and troublesome. Thats when my body went back to being saggy and flabby. I was complaining to Jo and he says why not we buy ourselves an elliptical machine? We can workout at home instead… So we bought our own workout machine.
Sorry a, a bit long winded because I really want to share with everyone from A to Z ma!
I have been doing this routine for more than 2-3 months edi! I really see a big difference my body, the before and after is really super obvious!
My routine starts like this…
I start with 20-30 min on my elliptical machine. It helps to burn calories so 20 min will burn around 250 calories (considered quite little ==). I dont really like cardio workout that much because I will get bored easily, so I always watch Runningman while using the machine. 20 min goes by easily and I wouldn’t notice. Sometimes I would continue running till I finish watching the episode.
After working out on the machine I will start my floor workout which are crunches and squats.
For crunches, I installed this app called ABS on my iPhone and it shows me how to do a lot of different types of crunches. I will follow the routines on this app but sometimes if I get lazy I will just do 70 crunches and call it the day. Good thing about this app is that it counts for you hahaha so you dont have to count yourself. It’s like a personal trainer la!
This is my result for doing crunches for a month. I personally think I still have long way to go till my abs can be as toned as a Victoria Secret’s angel ==” I need to do more abs workout!!!!! Jo is very proud of me tho hahaha
As for butt, I do squats! I tried a few workouts to try to tone up my butt but none of them worked till I tried doing squats. It really helps to tone up my butt (as in rounder) and also reduce cellulite.
This is how I do it, it’s really simple but make sure you do it in a correct way if not you might hurt ur back! I usually do 100-150 squats but when I’m lazy I do 50 ==” Please take note that you have to slowly increase the amount of squats you do till u’re used to it. I started with only 15 then slowly it went up to 25 and so on…
My butt is really a big concern for me because I’m in love with hotshorts, and you should know how hotshorts will make your ass look like if you dont take care of your ass. People will be laughing at your sagging ass and it’s very very disgusting!!!
OK I dont have a picture of my ass to share with you all hahahha but one day I might share it when it looks like….
That’s it for my workout! I know some of you (professional trainers or gym addicts) might say that my workout is not complete ==” I know I know, I personally think this set of workout works for what I intend to do, so I’m going to stick to this set for a lil while …
I do my routine EVERYDAY after my dinner, so normally on weekdays I prefer to stay home and do my workouts instead of going out.
Whenever I feel lazy I just skip it and it’s totally fine =)
I received a few comments from my frens saying that I look like I lost a lot of weight and I look way smaller than I used to. I always reply I eat normally and my weight remained the same, so I think it’s because I’m more toned now compared to last time.
If you dont like my routine you can always try 30 Day Shred, it was recommended by Michelle and it looks super fun!!!

So, girls stop dieting and get ur ass up and start running! Skinny is not the trend now, the trend is to be toned and healthy!
