How I Go On Diet!

Halo, instead of me answering this question, one by one in FS, I figured I shall just write a short entry about it.

I tried explaining to people on FS but it seems to be a bit confusing because I said I go on diet but I still eat normally. I know, I know… Let me explain it to u now lo, chill~~~

I started taking pictures of all the food I had for a week since last week just to share with you guys! My diet plan is to cut down on eating carbs (rice, potatoes, fries and etc). Below are some examples…. Hahaha

Oo steak, I love steak! This is what I called advance diet meal! I don’t eat the fries (ok maybe 5-7 fries) but I finish the vege and the steak! Not sure if you guys heard but a lot of Hollywood stars go on diet by just eating a piece of steak a day!

Ok, Chili Pan Mee is my super favorite and also the killer for my diet. I usually share with Jo, he will separate one lil bowl (less than half) for me. We will also order dumplings and vege so it’s more than enough to fill up my tummy!

KFC, another super favorite of mine! I love fried food and of coz not to mention fried chicken!! I eat them but leave out the mashed potatoes and coleslaw. I only eat chicken breasts.

Just like the steak, I finished the sandwich (mostly the meat and vege cox I wont finish eating the bread cox they are carbs). Eat 5-6 fries??

Some of you asked me what do I like to have for breakfast! I love big breakfasts, Jo and I always go for a big breakfast during the weekends! The reason y I love big breakfasts are because I can finish the whole plate without leaving anything on the plate! A slide of toast is fine for me =P

Maratamu is my fav too! I always order the one with lots of meat and egg! Reason is because I usually don’t eat the noodles, well I eat la but not much! I will just finish the meat and egg because those are less fattening!

When it comes to home cooked food, I eat 2 teaspoons of rice only and eat more meat and vege to fill my tummy!

Just to let u know this is my own way of preventing myself to gain weight. It works for me but doesn’t mean that it will work for  you! The good thing about this diet is that I still get to enjoy yummy food, I can still eat when I go out with friends! Don’t say im sick ok, at least I eat like normal people hahah. Even my mother and dad agrees with my diet!

Seriously, try at ur own risk a! Don’t blame me =(

Hmm not sure what else should I write cox thats how I normally eat hehehe. Drop me a comment if you have any more question hahaha

    Hi! Nice post =) My diet is kinda similar in a way that I try to avoid carbs. But what I would do is that if im eating sandwich, I’ll substitute white bread with wheat bread. Nasi lemak rice is a no-no for me. haha.. I’ll also always choose soupy noodles rather than fried noodles. And for home cooked food, lots of meat n vege with very minimal amount of rice. For McD, I’ll eat nuggets instead of burger but very rarely. Works very well for me til now and can still maintain my weight! =)

    Sarah- Yea i think we are doing the same thing!!! hehehe means this is a very normal diet plan ! hahaha I love nuggets too I dont eat their burgers one!

    Yays! At least I know this diet is acceptable? Have been doing about the same too (but with desserts) but I read somewhere too much protein is nt good for liver though in the long run:/

    Really like the way u diet. I usually have 1 week vigorous diet and maintain the rest of the weeks. I dont like to eat rice but when im at home my mom keep forcing me to eat. I usually enjoy my breakfast and lunch but no dinner.

    I still think you are healthy ! at least you eat even a little bit of carbs, it is not that dangerous I think…
