Hey guys, I’m facing a dilemma right now.
I have been trying to lose weight but failed.
I’m planning a trip to Malacca on Saturday just to have Chicken Rice balls and nyonya food, talking about determination… hmph
Failed big time.
My friends have been telling me the same thing, “where got fat!!!” and I have been answering the same thing too “Yea right, I gained 4kgs ok.”
Now I’m open to all suggestions, tell me if there is any other more efficient ways to lose weight besides cutting down on meals (I’m working on it) and going to the gym ( Im planning to join True Fitness soon) FAST!
I need to get myself fit into my BEBE dress for my Birthday! It’s not a new dress I bought it when I was in the Satets and I dont think I can wear it anymore.
