I always avoid wearing a hat when I dress up in Malaysia because most of the time we spend our time indoors, either in shopping malls or in a restaurant. So wearing a hat walking around indoors feels so wrong to me. Besides that, people will give you very weird stares hahaha. However I’m in Japan and of cox you’re more than welcome to dressup however you like without having people staring at you!
