  • 3 Nights in Beijing – I

    I was this close – to not blogging about my Beijing trip till I saw how boring is my blog is. It’s filled with LOTDs and wedding posts only ==” No more travel posts meh?? So I decided to edit all the pictures and blog about my Beijing trip!

    Remember few months ago I went to Beijing for a safety exhibition? It was for work ok, so it’s considered as a business trip… ahemmmm

    Then remember or not after my Guang Zhou trip I swear that I wont go back to China anymore  but the day I got back from Guang Zhou my dad was like I need you to go Beijing in Sept for this exhibition. So there goes my swear… Lesson learned NEVER ever swear ok.

    So, instead of me going to Beijing alone (I will never do it) I asked my sister, my partner in crime, to come with me! I invited my elder sister too but she said NO! They say Beijing is way better than Guang Zhou as in the city is cleaner, the ppl there is more civilized and more things to see… OK la, I admit the city is cleaner and all but the ppl there is still … you get what I mean.

    So we were quite lucky, we managed to book the cheapest air fare to Beijing with MAS. A lot of ppl say that MAS sucks but to me it was ok. Maybe because I travel too much with AA edi, so my expectations are much lower ==”  There are a few things I like about MAS and they even gave us pillows and blankets.

  • Wedding Preparation- My Bridal Shower

    Since there was a few days of public holidays, I figured I should get my lazy ass back to blogging.

    I think this is going to be the longest delayed post ever hahahaha

    It’s pretty hard for me to write down what happened on that day so Im going to just insert captions on all the pictures.

    My bridal shower was in Hilton Central; my bridesmaids knew that I love staying in there so they decided to book a suite and have a little girls night in the room. It was an awesome idea because I love games and girl talk.

    It was some sort of surprise because I had no idea where we were supposed to meet up and what I should pack.

    On the day itself, I was quite curious why no one was telling me where and what time we were meeting. So I texted them to ask, “Where and what time r we meeting?” Then Michelle replied, “Shit, I think we forgot to tell u hahaha.” ==” Thank god I asked if not then it will be very very funny.

    When I arrived in Hilton, they blind folded me at the lobby and led me to the room. The moment they took off my blind and shouted “SURPRISE”, my reaction was like “WAW”. How can you not say wow to this! They spent so much effort on the decorations. It looks so pretty!

  • Shorter?

    I went to Style76  in October for a final touch up of my hair before my wedding and Yoshi san (my stylist) told me that he has an idea for my next hair style. I was pretty excited because I’m so sick of my mid long hair edi ’cause my hair has decided to stop growing and the length of my hair is just weird. So I asked him, “short??” He says, “yes but not too short!” then he continued “come back after your wedding then we will see what we can do!”

    I totally trust him when it comes to my hair cut or hair color. He always surprises me with his ideas.

    I remember the first time I went to Style76 it was when I decided to cut my hair short because I got inspired when I went to Japan hahaha.  If you dont know how it looks like, click here.

    So I went back to Style 76 yesterday all alone because I’m too used to going there with Jo. I think everyone in Style76 knows it and they asked me “why u come alone today?” hahahha

    I sat on the chair and Yoshi was like cut and color? I say “Oh yes!”

    Then we discussed a bit on the length and color. I always wanted to try Platinum blonde but Yoshi san says all my hair will drop, so no platinum blonde for me =( maybe next time hahahahha

    We discussed quite a while on what color I should do but ended up telling him, “just do whatever color that you think best suits me!”

    Simple enough right…

    This is how I used to looked like with my mid length hair with light brown color.
