Short update on muh current life:
I’ve recently joined a gym. Everyone is telling me that the gym I’ve joined is pretty expensive compared to Fitness First or Celebrity Fitness. I have no choice because Philip Wain is the only gym that is near my office, when I say “near” it’s literally located at the lobby of my office building (convinced myself that I dont have to find parking spot, no traffic jam and no excuses to be lazy).
So far, the trainer has suggested me to run for 30 mins on the treadmill then 20 mins on the stepper. I have decided to move forward and start doing sit ups and doing some weights.
As I have mentioned on my FormSpring, my next post will be what I did on father’s day.
How was everyone’s father’s day? As usual I spent some quality time with my family in KL. Sister and I decided that the best father’s day present for dad will be inviting him to KL and treating him to a night in JW Marriott Hotel. We insisted to pay for the room cox we had no idea what else we should buy for papa.
This post is so long overdue that I forgot the details of my father’s day weekend.
