  • Bobo’s Day – Hari Raya Holidays Edition!

    Last week’s holidays was one of the longest I have experienced since I started to work as a OL (office lady).

    Even on the first day of the holidays I started complaining to Jo that holidays are so boring and I’d rather work than stay home doing nothing… Well, I guess I was wrong because today, I would rather spend my time in the bed or doing nothing, rather than work T___T Being a libra, I’m quite indecisive, I cant decide which I prefer u know… Work or being useless. =(

    I always envy those who dont have to work, their lives are all about eating, traveling, hightea, and hanging out with friends who dont need to work too T___T When I look at their pictures I always turn to Jo and say, “Y they can be so free one! No need to earn money one meh?” Jo says ” Ppl come from rich family cannot meh?” Aiya true la but I have met a few frens who come from a rich family but they still work like a dog. OK la, I’m being sour la!!!

    Anyway, I sort of experienced their life last week because of the Hari Raya holidays. I have to say it was pretty boring. I had zero things to do besides eat, sleep, watch TV, shopping and sleep again…. Maybe I’m too old to party everyday? Or maybe I’m just a boring person that dont have much plans at all. I SERIOUSLY HAVE NO IDEA!!!

    Since we had nothing to do, Jo decided to go trim his hair at 76Style MV, so I followed along and did a treatment there. I tried out their Milbon treatment and it was awesome, it only took 15 mins to finish the whole treatment!! My hair is still very smooth and it makes my hair extra easy to style!! They are having a August promotion for MILBON and it’s now RM98 instead of RM160!! (only available at Bangsar or Mid Valley)

    CYMERA_20130808_175407After 76style, I suggested we should head over to Publika for dinner and drinks since it’s  quite near to MV. This tapas restaurant was having a promotion for a pizza and 4 bottles of beer for RM88nett, so why not? I had 1 bottle of Corona and Jo finished the other 3, hahahhaa as usual la I dont like beer one.

  • Bobo’s Day – BLOG MORE EDITION!

    It’s me again (duhhhh)

    So, I’m super inspired to blog again!! This kind of feeling normally wont last long, it usually lasts until I’ve posted up 3-4 posts. Well, I hope this time it will go on longer perhaps?

    I’m trying to make “Bobo’s Day” updates as weekly updates so whenever something interesting happens, my readers get to know it earlier instead of after a month ==”

    So last week was pretty much the same for me, u know things like sleep, eat and work.

    I have been caught up with work lately because there were a few “crazy” customers that die die also want their stuff earlier than the estimated date and most of the items that they ordered are from the USA , Taiwan or Japan. Since they die die also want, so we have to arrange their items to be delivered by air, i.e., EXPRESS SHIPPING. This leads to me calling TNT like a thousand times and keep having to scold them for the slow delivery T__T I hate doing this but this is what you get when you dont deliver parcels on time when we, the customer, paid so much for the “fast/express ” delivery service!

    Whatever… I always tell myself whatever happens at work, I’ll keep it at the office. I dont bring work or emotions home because it will ruin the rest of my day. Sometimes I just admire how my dad deals with everything because he has been dealing with all these since forever and he still survives…

    Anyway, dont want to talk about my work edi because it’s really booooriinnnnggggg….

    We celebrated my mummy’s birthday the other day at my relative’s restaurant in Fahrenheit. Besides that, my Taiwan relatives were in town so we sort of showed them around and ate till I turned into a bear hahahaha.

  • WILD WILD SINGAPORE!

    Super back dated post hahaha! We went to Singapore last month and it was my first ever girls trip! I have never been on a girls trip before and I’ve always wanted one because I know it’s going to be super fun! Imagine being away without your significant other, and only with a bunch of girls, hahahhaa. Isn’t it an awesome chance to test your market again ==” Jo was jokingly saying, “Make sure u girls dont bring guys back to your hotel ah and dont get too drunk ah!” hahaha

    Anyway, the main purpose of this trip was to visit Universal Studios in Singapore. I’ve always wanted to go USS but Jo hates theme parks so much that he’s banned us from visiting after our experiences in Disneyland, California T___T So I’d have to go with my girls or sisters if I wanted to go to a theme park.

    We were quite unlucky because the haze was quite bad on the day that we reached SG. The weather was super hazy but we had no choice but to walk around with our masks on…

  • I LOVE…Bubble Bath

    Recently I’ve received a few questions on Formspring asking what kind of body lotion and bubble bath that I’m using. So, today I was like, hmm maybe I should blog about my home “spa” routine. It’s not really like a complete head to toe type spa but it’s a routine that I do every day.

    I always make sure that I apply lotion before I go to bed because it will keep my skin moisturized throughout the night. Besides keeping my skin moist, the smell of the lotion is really important to me too. I love it when my skin smells like fruits hahahaha, it helps to relax my whole body.

    I used to be very addicted into Bodyshop body lotions but I find it quite expensive for me to apply every day, so I stopped using them and have gone back to using normal ones ==”

    I was lucky enough to receive an email the other day, asking me to review a range of beauty products from GLAMOGIRL.COM  If you haven’t heard about Glamogirl yet, they are a distributor that markets and distributes several ranges of beauty products, from skincare, makeup to baby care, to major retail channels in Singapore & Malaysia. They also do online shopping if you’re too lazy to step out of your house hahahah.

  • Essential Facial (Plus) By DRx

    Still remember that I mentioned that I will be doing my first ever facial at DRx in my previous post? I went back last week to DRx last week for my third consultation, and it went well because Dr Jason said my skin improved a lot compared to my previous consultation. One of the things that will make girls happy is when they are praised on their skin hahahah. Then Dr Jason asked me if there was anything else I was concerned about, and I said MY DARK CIRCLES! I think because my skin tone is even now, it makes my dark circles more obvious! If I remove my makeup you can clearly see the dark rings around my eyes. Dr Jason says it be might due to the sagging of my eyes. It’s pretty simple, when it sags, it creates a shadow, as simple as that. Since I started putting on makeup I have already realized I have saggy eyes hahaha. It’s sort of like a genetic thingy because my dad has saggy eyes too = =” Dr Jason is still trying to figure a way to alleviate this problem of mine, and he mentioned that so far there are 2 options for me. First it’s doing filler and another is to do laser! I’m still thinking if I should go for filler? Hahaha I will surely blog about the whole process if I decide to go for it!
