  • Welcome back to Malaysia!

    Halo, I is BACK from my holidays! Actually I have been back for few days already but have been caught up with work the moment I landed! My dad was like, “Happy hor holiday? No need to work, but when u’re back u will know what you have missed!” I was like, “You dont like this can ma?” (Directly translated from Chinese lol)

    Well, he was right! My email was filled with enquiries and orders… The first day of work was like HELL for me! I was about to tender my resignation letter LOL

    Anyway, since I have no time to update my blog, as a responsible blogger ahemmmm, I figured I should at least post a little sneak peak of what I will be blogging for the next few weeks!

    My company trip to Bangkok was awesome but tiring!! Bega and Gin tagged along so we get to hang out and get drunk some times at night LOL. Picture was taken in Wat Arun, me dressed up as a Thai princess… Bega and Gin dressed up as princes/my bodyguard hahaha.

    I also travelled to Miri, Sarawak with Strongbow MY and Kampung Boy City Gal for Borneo Jazz 2014! It was so much fun hanging out with KBCG, all of us clicked instantly! JO and I enjoyed hanging out with them, we even planned to travel to Taiwan with them at end of this year! *fingers crossed

  • Our Short Getaway to Sekeping Serendah

    OK, I shall blog about our short getaway from two days ago because my blog is dying lol. I have been really active on Dayre (@bobostephanie) to the point that I’ve totally forgotten about my blog hahhaa. If you really enjoy reading my “Bobo’s Day” posts, you should totally follow me on Dayre because I update a lot of random posts there hehe. The only disadvantage of Dayre is that it stops me from updating my blog hahaha. HOW LA LIKE THIS!??!

    Jo and I have been quite busy with work recently so Jo suggested that we should go for a short getaway to de-stress ourselves.

    Jo has wanted to visit Sekeping Serendah for quite a while edi because he obviously loves nature more than I. He told me he went camping in Taman Negara before when he was in high school and I was like, “Yerr, what do u do there besides feed mosquitoes?”

    I have to admit I’m not a very outdoorsy kind of person but I LOVE beaches… with nice villas of cox LOL

    A few days before heading to Sekeping I went on to Tripadvisor to do some research on the place and to check whether they provide hair dryers or not LOL *true story

    Obviously they dont so I brought my hair curler and dryer along, it felt more like moving houses than going camping for me hahhaa. I brought too many unnecessary stuff with me.

    Then i found out they have NOTHING, yea ZERO besides oxygen and water and maybe mosquitoes lol.  So I was like, “Darling, do you think we can cancel the room?” Jo was like, “No wor, too late.” No choice, I decided to give it a try because the room looks interesting. We booked the Mud shed which is the smallest room (4 pax).

    There are 2 mud sheds and they share a kitchen in the middle. We were quite lucky because we got the whole kitchen and living room to ourselves. It really depends on your luck because if you only book one room you will have to share the kitchen and living room with other guests. If you prefer to have the kitchen all to yourselves I would suggest you to book two rooms or a bigger room instead!

  • DRx O2 Treatment

    I think I’m starting to get used to visiting DRx for my monthly facial. As usual, I went back to DRx for another pre-prep facial just a week before my birthday. I really like the idea of occupying myself with hair or facial appointment before a party. It’s like the life of rich tai tai (housewife) hahahaha.

    So this time I get to try out a new pre-party facial that DRx just introduced in Malaysia. I have been told that this facial is really well known and a lot of celebrities like Madonna, Justin Timberlake and Beyonce are doing this facial too. This magic treatment is called DRx O2 Treatment. Let me share a little bit on this treatment before I show you the process.

    DRx O2 Treatment is known as a Topical Hyperbaric Oxygen (THO) Theraphy. The name itself already sounds very professional hahaha. Basically, this treatment directs oxygen to the vital fluids at the surface, and THO Therapy is used to promote new cell growth to speed healing and aid absorption of the serums used. To put it simply, this treatment basically helps to push oxygen into your skin, provide moisture to your skin, minimize your fine lines and whiten/brighten up your skin! In just 45 minutes, this therapy can do so much for your skin, which is super awesome for people like me who cannot sit still for more than 30 min hahaha.
