  • Short Update

    Hey everyone, I’m back! It has been a while since I last updated my blog… besides those entries that have already been sitting in my drafts for more than a month. I tell myself I have to be honest this time. Yeah, you got me! I wasn’t busy… not at all, I was lazy.

    Honestly, I login to my blog everyday but I have no mood to write anything. I guess my life isn’t exciting at all, that’s why I have nothing to write about or to share with all my friends or readers. T.T

    Today, while I was taking my shower, my blog came across my mind. I tell myself I HAVE TO UPDATE MY BLOG NO MATTER WHAT!

    Well, I am! At least, I’m typing… *tap tap tap*

    O yea, I got an offer for a job, not a real job though. It’s a part time job in the cafeteria, working as a cook’s help in WMU. I had fun working as a cook’s help and also at the grill, I enjoy it. I’m so proud that I can work for 7 hours straight without taking a break in between. I take it as my daily exercise. I enjoy walking around in the kitchen, cutting veges, refilling pasta and salad. Everyone is so helpful and friendly, I enjoy working with them. Well at least they are not competitive… ( I know there is nothing much to compete about in a kitchen but trust me even my maid back home competes with each other in the kitchen.)

    Hmmm I shall blog about a day at work. Ok, I promise I will blog about what I do in my workplace next week.

    Since the title of this post is a short update, I will keep it short.

  • Update

    I am finally done with my finals!

    I’m so tired of reading the same things over and over again! Thank god I’m considered to be done with my Undergraduate after all… Hoooraaay! *jumping up and down* I’m still waiting to hear from my application into WMU’s Grad school *cross my fingers* hopefully, I can get into Graduate school for Paper engineering, it’s actually my only goal for now. O yea, I did a little photoshoot prior to our graduation with a few of my frens, it was so much fun but it was cold! I feel lucky that I get to graduate in the winter with all the snow, obviously you cant get anything like this back in M’sia. Thank god for snowfall early so I have the opportunity to take some pictures.

    As you all know, Christmas is just around the corner! When it comes to Christmas all I can think of is presents, presents and presents, so I bought 2 different presents for my students and I am so glad that they loved it! They opened their presents right in front of me and one of them shouted ” This is what I’ve wanted!”. Yupe, This made me realize why Santa Claus always does his signature HO HO HO when he’s giving presents, because it makes you happy when someone appreciates your gifts and sincerity.

    I was so surprised when my students told me that they had something for me too, my first gift exchange (yes, go ahead and laugh at me cox I have never exchanged gifts before).

    Guess what’s inside!?!

    An umbrella… =D

    I was so touched by what they said to me… They said I need an umbrella for more formal occasion because they saw my Hello Kitty umbrella. Sweet~~~

    Yea, tats pretty  much what happened during these past few days. In the next post I will share some beauty tips requested by Natalie.

  • Hey peps! I’m so sorry for the lack of updates, I have been so busy lately.

    I’m so busy with my School work, all kinds of assignments and exams!

    Then

    I volunteered myself for different performances for Malaysian Night.

    I’m running around practicing our Indian dance, Chinese and Malay dances as well.

    The best part is that I get to design the poster for the event.

    From photography to designing … It was fun!

    My very  first poster designed to be put up in public.

    It’s not good enough, but I will improve!

    Just got back from our Indian dance practice and supper with the girls.

    I miss our ladies night, we should definitely do it again next time. What about the week after Thanks giving break???

    Ok, It’s time for me to finish up my work..

    O yea, there will be meteor showers tonite, Im still thinking whether should I go or not.

    It’s in between 3.30am -5am and my class is at 11am

    Dilemma…

    Well, I guess that’s it for now.

    Hey Hey! I’m still alive! *cheering*

    I know I have been away for quite awhile now, so sorry… I have been so busy with my school work. Three assignments, three mid terms and 2 lab reports. Thank god I’ve already finished 2 lab reports, 2 assignments, and 1 midterm, it was crazy! Honestly I hate being a student, there is so much work to be done. The one that annoys me the most is exams. I can never settle down and study. I always look for things to do when I’m studying for example:

    I will check my Facebook account 100 times only when I’m studying.


    I always feel hungry when I’m looking at my books, this is the only time I tell myself I NEED supper!


    I can easily fall asleep when I’m studying on my study table. orz

    I feel the need to catch up on unimportant news.

    I tend to find a lot of unnecessary things to do when it comes the time to study.

    What can I do ?! I’m lazy =(

    I think it’s time for me to study for my 2 other mid terms coming up next week. See, I’m using my study time to update my blog… How la!?!

    I will be back to my blogging business once I’m done with everything. I still need to blog about Yenni’s 21st and some beauty tips that were requested by Natalie.

  • Colorful purchase

    I have been wanting to buy myself a new perfume for quite awhile but I was too lazy to go through the smelling, testing and deciding process. Every time I went into Macy’s and walked through all the counters, I give up straight away.

    So, last saturday when I was playing The Sims at Yenni’s place, I was like, lets go to the mall! Surprisingly, Yenni replied OK! Well, she was supposed to stayhome and finish up all her work instead. We went straight to the mall and we tried to look for a dress for Yenni’s 21st birthday dinner but unfortunately there was nothing for me to buy, suck!

    Then we went into Macys and since I have nothing specific in mind that I wanted to look at, I walked to the cosmetic section and started to look at perfumes. I walked up to the Marc Jacobs counter and I saw this colorful perfume, I picked it up and sprayed some in the air. I love the smell, it’s fresh and sweet. I love perfumes with that smells sweet =)

    I finally bought myself a new perfume. I love the design of the bottle and the packaging.

    Love this colorful flower, it’s the top of the perfume, so prettty…

    My second colorful purchase is a Slurpee from 7-11

    2 days ago, Jon told me that Chi Weng went out in the middle of the night just to get a slurpee from 7-11. I was so curious about why he insisted of getting a Slurpee that night, so he showed me the cup for the slurpee and I instantly knew why. He showed me a cute little Slurpee cup with a Domo design.Too cute to say NO to it… especially for Chi Weng.

    I have never thought that I will actually buy a cup of Slurpee just because of the cute design of the cup. Earlier, when Jo and I went out to have lunch, while on the way back he turned into 7-11 and wanted a Slurpee. I waited in car while he went into 7-11 to get himself a Slurpee, when he came into the car he was like ” Hey, the Domo straw is super cute!” I jumped down from the car and went straight into 7-11 and wanted to check out the straw. As soon as I saw the cup and the straw, I just couldn’t resist bringing them home! I bought myself a DOMO cup and 2 straws.

    There were 3 different Domo cup designs and 4different straws.

    This hip hop domo is for Chi Weng. It looks exactly like Chi Weng! I shall suggest him to dress up as Hiphop Domo for Halloween =)
