  • Kanebo Kate Spring/Summer Collection Workshop

    Sponsored Post

Last week I was invited by Kanebo KATE to attend their Spring/Summer collection workshop in KL. Lately I’ve received a few such invitations for skincare and cosmetic launches, and I find these events very interesting because I get to learn a lot of different makeup skills and also skincare tips from them. Most of you should have already heard about or used KATE so I will just skip the intro to the brand! The main theme color for KATE 2013 collection is GOLD, one of my favorite colors.

1 The moment I got to my seat there was lots of KATE cosmetic lying on the table waiting to be use. Personally I prefer workshops that allows us to do our own makeup or play with their makeup while listening the professional makeup artists putting on the makeup on the models. I find it easier to understand and remember hahaha

  • Laneige K-Beauty

    Sponsored Post

Whenever I’m looking for skincare or make up products, I always make sure that the water content is high so it will keep my face moisturized throughout the day. Most of you should know that the more moisturized your skin is, the less chance of your skin getting wrinkles! Aging is not only the main cause of getting wrinkles but also dry skin. I have tried so many skincare products but none of them works to keep my face moisturized except Laneige. I’m in love with Laneige eye cream (Perfect renew dual touch) and Water Bank Essence! While I was shopping for my skincare the other day, the beauty advisor recommended the Water Bank Essence to me because I told her my skin feels dry after I wash my face and most of the moisturizers can’t really last for long. She told me that I should really try using Water Bank Essence before I apply my usual moisturizers. It will instantly moisten my skin with its optimized texture that minimizes oiliness, and, maximizes moisture while forming a natural barrier on the surface to protect my face from moisture loss. Wow! One more exciting point is that the Water Bank Essence provides 24-hour long lasting moisture, so my skin is kept perfectly hydrated throughout the whole day and protected from external drying factors!!!

  • A Trip To Somerset Meadow

    Sponsored Post

1This picture was taken during my trip to Japan last year, and it was SPRING, my favorite season of the year. During spring, most of the parks in Japan are filled with colorful flowers especially sakuras. It’s really hard for me to explain it to you how beautiful the parks look like. It was like a scene that can only be seen in a movie, dreams or cartoons. It’s pretty hard to get this kind of views back in Malaysia because we only have summer here, which is pretty sad…

  • Red and White Lunch with Nur Fazura

    Sponsored Post

I’ve always considered myself as a very lucky person because whatever that I wish or wanted would eventually come true but of course it takes some time and effort. In this incident it’s slightly different because it came true instantly with the help of Colgate and Nuffnang. Remember I was invited to attend the Colgate Optic White launch and Nur Fazura – new face of Colgate Optic White was there a few weeks ago? I was lucky enough to get to meet Nur Fazura, Colgate Optic White ambassador, in person. Well, it wasn’t really like face-to-face because there were too many fans and media around her. I was pretty upset that I didn’t get to take a picture with her in her pretty red gown. So I listed “ A picture with Fazura” into my wish list hahaha. Then, Nuffnang and Colgate were sweet enough to arrange another meet up session for the bloggers and Nur Fazura for lunch. Nope, I’m not joking, I got to sit beside her, enjoy our lunch and also have a little girly talk session hahaha.

JWL_6560I got a little lost on the way to the restaurant (stupid Waze brought me to a dead end road and the restaurant was in another street, yea technology = = ) I still managed to reach on time haha super proud of myself!

  • Fresh Air By Sharp

    Sponsored Post

Have any of you heard of Plasmacluster? Yes? No? If you haven’t then I will strongly recommend you read this post with 100% attention because Ms Bobo is about to educate you what about Plasmacluster on behalf of SHARP. Ahemmm….

Before I start my class I would like to talk a little bit on how I found out about Plasmacluster. When I was in 76Style the other day for my routine hair visit, Yoshi san took out the SHARP Plasmacluster hair conditioning hair dryer to blow dry my hair. When I saw the hair dryer I was like, “Wow, is this the famous hair dryer everyone is talking about??” Yoshi was like, “Yes, very good! You don’t have to do any treatment if you use this dryer everyday!” I was like, “I really want to buy then!!!”

So that was the first time I actually had the chance to try one of the SHARP Plasmacluster products. My affair with SHARP doesn’t end like that because I was pretty lucky to be invited as one of the bloggers to attend SHARP Plasmacluster workshop part 2 in Clubmed, Mid Valley, a few weeks ago. I was pretty excited because I get to experience more SHARP products and also learn more about Plasmacluster technology so that I can teach you all! Hahahha

Many of us, including myself, are not actually aware that the air that we are breathing right now is actually quite dirty and it’s causing our skin and hair to be damaged and dry. My mum always complain that I have very dry skin and it makes me look old but I have no idea how to save it so I chose to ignore it whenever my mum says so hahaha.

Thanks to this SHARP workshop I finally realized that it’s the air that we are breathing right now causing my skin to be dry and dirty. No matter how expensive the skincare you might be using right now, you will still need clean and fresh air to help protect your skin and maintain it. This is when Sharp Plasmacluster comes in to rescue our skin. Long story short, Plasmacluster produces plasmacluster ions, which attract water molecules, and then coats our skin surface with a layer of moisture.
